Why are you pulling the head to change spark plugs?

Here's a write up w/pictures on changing plugs. It's for a turbo, but you it'll give you the general idea.

The plugs are under the coil packs under the plastic beauty cover. There are no gaskets involved in replacing the spark plugs that I know of. It's always recommended to use dielectric grease on the part of the coil pack that fits over the plug to keep it from sticking. Also use anti-seize compound on the spark plug threads to keep from galling the threads on the aluminum head.
