2003 V70 with idle problems & poor fuel economy
Hello,
I have a Volvo V70 2.5T AWD... For sometime I have had the Emmision light on and now my problem seems to be getting worse.
The car starts very poorly and erratically, sometimes on the first turn sometimes on the third (its like theres no fuel in the system)
It went to the local garage who changed the MAF and reset the fault.... But now its back.
I bought a OBD II reader and read out the following codes:
P2178
System Too Rich Off Idle
P2179
System Too Lean Off Idle
Does this point the the Purge Valve or Evaporation Canister ? If so where is it on the 2.5T V70
