the heater core was leaking in cabin and running on the fuse panel under dash, causing lights or heater to randomly come on, we bypassed the heater core and cleaned the fuse panel and now sometimes it starts with no dash lights, windowlocks, or radio and sometimes it does nothing? i put a new battery in it and still the same? can anybody help me out
