Exclamation 2007 S40 armrest replacement part

My armrest has a tear in it and I want to replace it. I went to the Volvo dealer (in Germany) to order a replacement. The dealer parts technician stated the part number is/was: 39994275 I asked them to order the part, which they did. That was in February 2016. Each time I check with the dealer, they show me on their computer where the estimated arrival date for the part keeps getting pushed to the right. I've requested the part from a Volvo dealer in the states in November 2016, but haven't heard anything from them either. I've even emailed Volvo via the volvocars.com site. Can anyone recommend a solution or know if I'm requesting the right part number? I've not been able to find much information.

Thanks in advance!
TL

Yes that is the correct part number for the arm rest (its part of the "transmission tunnel console") looks like there are two interior codes - for color? I see it listed in Genuine Volvo Parts Online | Volvo Parts Webstore for $103 US. Not sure if they ship to Germany but you can either try a recycle yard, Google for a Local Volvo parts web site or look in Ebay.
