Default 2007 Volvo S40 electrical issue

I have a 2007 Volvo S40 that recently started having some type of an electrical issue, which keeps blowing fuse #35 (which is a 15amp fuse located in the panel under the hood near the battery). The car has approx. 110,000 miles, and I've never had the slightest problem with it, as I bought the car new. Whatever it is, it causes nearly a dozen error codes to show up, and the engine runs really loud, almost as if the intake tube is open and it is drawing in too much air, not to mention that it sometimes causes the car to shut off if you are stopped, and try to accelerate to pull off.....just wanted to know if anyone else has ever experienced a problem like this, and what it was to correct it?
