Weve swapped in a new 2.5l engine, quadruple checked timing, even using the specialized tool. Installed a new tensioner on the timing belt, the tensioner is redesigned from what was the original tensioner was. All cylinders are getting spark and fuel. When cranking it will turn over, maybe starting for a second before stalling out, and my buddy said he say exhaust coming from the intake. Any thoughts?
