4 cupped tires

my 2007 C70 conv. with 13,000 miles was dealer diagnosed as having all 4 tires cupped. Service manager said I had to have hit curbs. Does this sound likely? Any help appreciated.

any pics of the wheel?

I doubt all four are that bad.

to have all for tires cupped it could be a couple things tires with to much pressure tires out of balance lack of tire rotation poor quality tire and the vehicle out of alignment
