Default 50-65mph vibration 98 v70 awd

Recently purchase a 98 v70 awd with knowledge of this vibration. Had the tires replaced. Rebuilt the center driveshaft. Didn't fix it. It is a droaning vibration only at highway speeds and above 70 it goes away. It realy felt like that center u joint but I guess not. Mechanic is stumped. Anyone with similar problem? and a fix. All cv look and feel good. May be an engine or tranny mount?

Pulled all the tires off one by one and replaced with spare but vibration is still present. Thanks Gordon
What to check next?

I have just developed the same problem with my '96 850. I had the left lower control arm replaced and they did a 4 wheelalignment, but it still vibrated when I resumed my trip. About 50 miles into it, I stopped and rotated the tires. It was alright for about ten minutes, but then the vibration came back. I thought that the bad ball joint might have caused uneven wear on the tires, which have been rotated in the past, and then rotation wouldn't help because all of the tires are worn badly. But the mechanic told me that all of the other suspension parts were fine when he changed to control arm, so I don't know what to try next. I'd be interested in anything you find out that works.
