'97 850 AWD rear wheel bearing queries
hey,
I have a blown driver's-side rear wheel bearing and saggy Nivomats and I guess I have a few questions about my model that I want answered before I start ordering parts/dismantling my car.
1. is the rear suspension of this AWD 850 truly identical to the P1 V70’s? what years does the P1 fall under. is it possible to purchase parts allocated for the V70 AWD to use on my rare 850? Since there were very few of these cars (850 AWD) made I've been running into trouble finding parts and IF I am lucky enough to find them, the tend to be very expensive.
2. is there any step by step tutorials on changing rear bearings on the awd system? this question is sort of hinged on the first one since it might be easier to find a tutorial on V70 AWD.
perhaps I'm just a newb when it comes to finding threads relevant to my needs...
cheers and thanks for reading

1) in p1 there is no v70. p1 is for 05-s40, v50, c70, c30. and no, there parts are totally different.
2) changing a wheel bearing is not something a handy man can do. most of the time especially on a 850 awd they are seized. then your car end up stuck in the driveway
