Default 98 850 pressure and exaust problems

Hello I recently replaced the pcv system in the hopes that I could correct the pressure in my motor ie: smoke in the dip stick and out the oil cap It was my understanding that there is supposed to be a vaccume when you accelerate? I could be wrong tho anyway, The next thing is smoke frommy exaust it intermittant and only does it occasionally at idleing speed and a little at about 60 i just changed my plugs wires cap and rotor, I am also curious if it has to do with the egr valve, idk I'm all over the place with this hope someone can help

Standing in front of your engine remove the throttle cable cover. Below that in the upper front of the engine on the right you will see two vacuum lines. Remove those and test to see if they are plugged up. You can trace the hoses and see if all is good.

At the bottom of the big fat hose coming from your Mass air sensor there is a pop out valve that needs to be checked you will see a vacuum line going into it. It is easy to remove and clean but a bear to put back on. You can spray throttle body cleaner in it without removing it. What condition is your turbo in? Turbo or not I ended up replacing all my related vacuum lines in the engine if my 850.
