I am getting ready to pull off the head on my 99 R but before I can start I need some information about the process. I would like any information anyone has on this repair. I really need the torque specs and tightening sequence, I have not been able to find them anywhere.

Has anyone on here done this job before and how difficult is it to set up the cams on reinstallation?
