Bi Xenon Bulb Problem

Hello Everyone!
Does anybody know of a trick to remove a DR2 bi-xenon bulb from the ballast ignitor? This particular bulb doesn't want to twist and unlock from the ballast.

ah, junk yard I'd guess, but why not try find the source of the leak? May save you a couple'a bucks
