My passenger side low beam keeps going out and I get the error message "Bulb Failure Dipped Beam". If I then turn off the headlights and then back on, its fine.

Local Volvo dealer quoted a large amount to fix, including removing the bumper. Sounds a bit like the solution in this thread: https://volvoforums.com/forum/showth...ighlight=xenon

Any ideas what is wrong and how I can save some $ to fix?
