Yep, that's right. This old 245 owner just took the plunge and bought an '07 S60. Been looking for a while for the right car; found it this past weekend.

I do have a few questions that I hope the knowledgeable folks here can help me with. These are general, newer Volvo questions; that's why I posted here and not in the S60 section.

• This car rides pretty rough, much like my 245 w/IPD swaybars, not near as plush as the A8 nor as nimble as my A4. Was there perhaps a Sport suspension option or are they all like that?
• Is there a radio code necessary with these cars, or have they done away with that? The Owners manual says nothing.
• Has anyone here not had a good experience with the cloned VADIS software? A recommended vendor? One to avoid? Will a good scanner such as the Autel MD801 suffice?
• I have the Bently manual for the 240; it appears that they don't make one for these cars. Recommendations? Anyone here tried Download Workshop Manuals.com or Felsers.com?
• The W button for wet/winter-does it start the car out in 3rd gear or something like the 4l30e in my trooper or does assist the DTSC in another way?
• My car says 2.5t on the rear. The timing cover sticker says the motor is the B5254T. Is this the T2 version, sometimes described as the "light pressure" turbo. The car is NOT the R version. I assume it is an interference engine, right? Variable Valve Timing too?

Thanks to this forum and all its members for their direct assistance and archived information to help me diagnose and keep my 245 running smooth. I know the new FWD Volvos are NOT the same kind of cars as the 240's, but I am optimistic of many happy miles in the s60.
