Default Brakes not working when car sits a few days

Hey.

I own a 2011 S40R T5 Design. I’m having an ongoing issue with the brakes not working when the car sits a few days. The brake pedal does not feel firm and it’s basically pressed to the floor - waiting for the car to come to a rolling stop. Once the car gets moving and on the highway, etc., things start to work as they should.

I replaced the brake pads, rotors, added steel braided brake lines for the front and rear and changed the brake fluid.
There are no leaks that are visible (Hope that helps).

Anyone else have this problem or know the cause?

On cars in general, this would indict a possible power booster issue.
