I have a 2015.5 XC60, recently purchased, and the backup camera used to come on when I was in reverse. However, apparently I've done something to turn that functionality off, and I can't figure out what it is! Can anyone help with this?

I have the stuttery/blue screen/camera crossed out error when putting V60 in reverse.
The dealership said this is a common issue caused by heat and will cost A$1500 to fix as they need to get into the tailgate

 

did they tell you what the issue is and how to fix it?

 

they said it is a known Volvo fault that the cable connecting the camera to screen is dodgy
