hat can be the cause if anyone has an experience with mind. And if stop to a red light, and want to drive again when it is green it runs very slow Before it gets its normal speed.

Default Catalytic converter

Your catalytic converter could be stopped up.

low power can be caused by a few different things - as noted you could have an air restriction (intake air? damaged exhaust pipe? clogged cat (any history of burning oil or loss of coolant?). Is the check engine light on? If so, have the car scanned for codes. Other causes could be low fuel pressure - clogged fuel filter, fuel pump issues, fuel pump relay, etc. Failed front oxygen sensor can cause power loss, as can a dirty MAF sensor, issues with the throttle body or intake air leaks (check for torn boots/hoses in the intake air path). You didn't mention engine model but turbo systems add a few more things to consider. Sounds like you need to take it in to your local shop for some diagnostic work.
