I have the 06 s40i,and i am new to the forum and the volvo community all togather. I am having a problem with the Aircon system. the owners manual says that the ecu would shut down the pump wile the car accelrates then would return when you reached youre speed or the engine rev leveled out. i get very cold air wile the car is first started and ideling. and as soon as i back out of the drive way and proceed to drive..the air changes to hot..well not hot like hot from the cars coolent..just normal air temp...i figured it was the system shutting of and on..but the cold air never return..even if i play with the buttons turn on and off..even shut the engine off and restart it...i am not sure..and the air is super cold when it is on..i am not sure of the problem. is my r134a to low does the system need to be recharged a little bit..or an service... any help would be great.. there is a engine obd2 code,it has to do with the evap system and the gas cap..so i am not sure if the air system is running in limp mode as well...i have not reset the code yet..i will try that next. any help is great..thanks a ton josh
