Hello gang, i already have a great S80. Now looking for an SUV. Came across a 2008 XC90 V8, NON sport model, but with executive option and rear DVD system. 58,000 miles, dealer maintained and with Preferred Care Extended warranty for another 2,5 years. New tires. But will need 60K service, since last service was at 52K.

Any comments or thoughts are appreciated. Asking price is $22K.

Should be a solid ride. Just treat it like you would any other used car purchase making sure it has not been seriously wrecked, etc. If you aren't mechanical enough to do your own thorough inspection consider paying an expert to get one done.

May or may not be and may involve a fee if it is. Definitely something to investigate if it is important to your purchase decision. I would recommend getting the warranty company info with a phone number and call them with the VIN to verify.
