I would like to try either of these ideas but would like to get everyone's opinion first



I am not entirely possible, but I am in the process of looking for a donor 850 turbo with less then 200k prerably with a bad transmission due to the fact that I have a non turbo 850 that's a true 5 speed manual. What i am wanting to do is take the 850 turbo car and put my 5 speed transmission in it.

This I already know but if I am not mistaken it would cost a fair amount of money to attempt a v70 awd drive transmission to a 850 making it awd instead of it just being fwd.
Like I said I have no idea if it could work, but then this forms web site for volvos has a great committy with people who know quite a lot more them I do.


All opinions and suggestions are welcome the awd swap is what I trying to do.
