the right front turn signal got pried off in the ice....I simply replaced it now weirdness follows...the turn signal works....except when you turn on the running lights pr the low beams.....the clicker no longer works and the light in the dash for the T signal stays green....checked the fuses...cleaned the ECM wiggled the wires checked for broken ones...there is no sane explanation...unless its the main headlight switch on the dash ???????????????????

 

You have a bad ground - the parking light bulb is grounding thru the turn signal bulb. Check the 3rd wire - or the socket is bad.
