Turn Signal Acting Strange
My 2002 Volvo s40 has developed a unusual turn signal problem. The left turn signal is fine, when I switch it on it flashes at the normal rate, but when I switch the right one on it flashes really fast.
It was not this way last week-end, but it started in the last 48 hours. As I said the left switches off and on just fine at the normal rate, while the right one flashes really fast.
What could be the problem?

I replaced the burnt out right headlight. The right turn signal indicator still flashes quickly when I signal for a right turn.
The amber turn signal light (beside the right headlight) is on constantly it will not flash. How Do I repair it?
It I am to stop the quick flashing, then I must repair it and have it (or a replacement bulb) flashing when I turn on the right turn signal.
