Emails to customer care bouncing back please help - anyone have other addresses?

I'm having serious issues and need to contact Volvo. Every email address I have tried, two weeks ago and three days ago has bounced back. I've tried sending from a google account, from an iCloud account, using Mac, PC and Phone. I can't log into the app either, so can't send it that way (it won't pair with the 2022 car). I've tried:

customercare@volvoforlife.com
I've tried an address I found on the web W Casey - whose name appears on all the marketing/welcome to your new car stuff they've been sending.
I've had two automatic replies to the webform where the message says they will get in touch in two hours -- two weeks ago.
Anyone have an email for someone over there? I'll go the Post Office and send a registered letter if I have to but surely this company can't have no way to contact it via email? The bouncebacks suggest some kind of server issue their end -- but for two weeks???

I have successfully used https://volvo.custhelp.com/app/homeV3 and the email button near the bottom twice in the last couple of weeks. It will open a ticket with your described problem via email and Volvo support will respond via email within a couple hours (during their business hours).
if you have done this already and didn’t get an immediate ticket automated email then it seems something is blocking their emails from reaching you.
