i've only found one thread about this on this forum here. i'm hoping that if it isn't in the New Members Area, it might get more attention. has anyone else had this problem? the message window displays "On Call Plus Deactivated" every time you start the car and puts up the orange ! triangle. it goes away if you click the acknowledge button on the turn signal arm, but it gets pretty annoying.
does anyone know if the message reset method i've read about will clear this message, or is this a condition that the car checks during every start? i tried a couple of times, but i've heard that it can take quite a few tries.
i've also read elsewhere that at one point, volvo dealers were replacing these integrated analog phones (with on call plus) with the little dash cubby hole things for free. does anyone know if they're still doing this? i also have a corded phone handset built into the console that works with the integrated phone, so if i get rid of the phone, i'll probably want to replace the console too.
