I got a forge wastegate to directly replace stock wastegate. i followed instructions for preload when adjusting the arm legnth. however at full throttle my car only boosts to 8 psi instead of the 10-12 that the tune i have did with the stock actuator even though this one is uprated. should i tighten (shortent) the arm? if so how much?
