Front End Vibration 2007 Volvo S60 2.5T
I am looking for some info... I have a vibration in my front in when I'm doing around 50mph and over when I give it gas to go faster. When I get to a steady speed it stops. I've replace control arms, ball joints, both axles and hubs, top motor mount, inner and outer tie rod ends. etc., etc. Also I've had my tires balanced but still have the vibration. I've taken it a few places and no one can find anything. I'm about to go crazy trying to find it. Has anyone had anything like this as well and found a fix? Would love feedback.

Are you saying that if you are travelling at 50mph, there is no vibration but when you accelerate then you get the vibration? How much throttle are you giving and could it be a misfire under load?
If so, have you had your engine mounts looked at? If they are collapsed then your drive axle geometry will be off and that could cause a vibration.

I have replaced the upper motor mount but no lower. I've replaced the strut brace. The throttle I give it whether if it soft or hard has the same vibration. I'm starting to wonder if I didn't receive a bad axle when I purchased them. I ordered them off of "Buyautoparts.com" as they were very inexpensive on their sight. The engine is not misfiring as it runs extremely well, I just don't know what else to look for. I think I've done all the obvious. Thank you for your info, I will check the lower motor mounts as I have not thought of that.
