Default Fuel Pump Relay

This question has probably been answered, but I can't seem to find it.
I have a 1997 Volvo 850 non turbo. Ran fine for 175k, went out to start it up and it just turns over, no start. I have spark at the plugs but the plugs are dry. I want to jump out the fuel pump relay, but I'm not sure which terminals to install the jumpers on. Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance.

To jump out the fuel pump relay: Terminals 15 and 87

Did not fix the problem but it did get power to the fuel pump.

I would try the cam shaft sensor. There are post about it in the 850 section.
