Default Grinding Noise at cold start

Hey!

I have a 2015 XC60 T5 AWD with about 49000 miles on it. A couple months ago it started a decently loud grinding noise / slight vibration from the right side engine bay. It only lasts maybe a minute or two while in park and gets slightly louder when put in reverse (with pedal and slight RPM increase). By the time I have backed up maybe 5 feet the sound has gone. I've brought it to the dealership however, since its warmed by the time I get there they cant hear anything (it seems to not come back for the day once the engine has warmed up). Any ideas?

In the clip you can hear the engine start up then at 22 seconds a deeper grinding noise starts then fades at 40 seconds. You can feel the car vibrate a bit when the grinding starts.

Thanks!

In the late '80's I had a similar noise on a Buick. Had to crawl under the car on a subfreezing morning to find it. A tie/clamp had detached itself allowing a transmission fluid line to rub against a pulley . Just a minute or so of warm up would cause enough expansion of the metal tube to flex it away from the pully. Took a few minutes to find a screw in my "screw can", some locktite, a few more minutes to screw it in, and and I never heard it again.
