Do these things even work..? The only thing the Manual says about them is how to change the rubber blades...when do they come on..? in tandem with the normal wiper blades on the windsheild..? I don't see any switch for them on the dash either...just wondering...maybe they are just eye wash for other drivers to make them think you have something really special on your Volvo...LOL Thanks...Good Luck and Happy Motoring....

 

1. They do work. And or they should work.

2. They come on when you pull the windsheild wiper arm and washer fluid comes out on your windshield.

I don't know everything. I know some stuff and this was just a simple answer I had to answer.

Plus it is my day off of work, well one of two days off of work I get per week and I don't have much else to do other then be on here or play some video games.

 

They look ugly and I hate them and I think they are stupid.

 

On the 70 series when you remove them you can buy wiper caps to cover up the hole leftover.
