Headlights Oxidation Hologen to Hid.

I just got a 2010 XC60 T6 AWD. The headlights have a lot of oxidation. I found someone that can take it off but I am now wondering if I can get HID from RockAuto instead of Halogen lights? The care comes with Halogen lights. The are $213 each at RockAuto.
