Default Heater compared to our 09 Honda CRV

I think I've noticed that the 2016 V60 just isn't throwing heat like I like in a car. Looking at a service invoice for 1/15/2020 (27,020 on odometer and 23,000 miles ago) I see that the Climate Control Module was replaced. The concern on the invoice stated, heat/ac fan is inoperative. I did a test. Snow yesterday, both cars are out in the driveway. I cleaned off the snow and started the cars, allowing them to run for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I took my AC vent thermometer and took a reading; center vent on and fans on full. The Honda was blowing 100F and the Volvo was at 83F. Now that may not seem like a big difference but when it is 23F as it is now, I kind of like it to be as hot as possible.

This V60 is probably the worst purchase I ever made on a car. It was a CPO and I am soooo very unhappy with it on soooo many levels. Ugh! But with with used car prices being so inflated I am kind of stuck with it. At least the Manheim used car index graph line is starting to head down.

My plan is to get out as soon as I can. Plus my VIN is on the list of cars that fall under the 8 year / 100,000 mile extended warranty for ring issues. I have 50,000 miles on the car and the 8 years is up next month. From what I read the oil problem doesn't show up at 50,000 miles, it takes more miles.

Meanwhile my friend keeps driving his 2014 Lexus to and from Florida (1200 miles) and he's never had a problem. He's had it for years and I think the battery was replaced and that was a warranty coverage.

Anyhow enough of a rant, you've heard it before --- what could be wrong with my Volvo or is this normal?

This showed up in my in-box as a post that has been answered. The Volvo forum has always been a place of comprehendible ideas and replies but I am sorry, for the life of me I do not understand how your post applies an answer or idea about heat in a Volvo. Confused.
Maybe I should install a pull up canvas blind like the one that was on my P544. I always thought that was an ingenious idea that was stock on that car. Man what a fun car that P544 was.
