Sup guys,

So I have been a fan of Euro cars for a while (mainly BMW) but def admire Volvo. I recently got an interview for a marketing/finance position at Volvo. I was wondering if you guys can give me insight on some of the basic info of models, years, big news, and basically anything that would be useful to know. I've already checked out wiki and volvo official website but those don't give much. Thanks alot.

 

Welcome. You'll find the sub forums most helpful in specific feelings, likes and dislikes of each individual model. We all have our favorites. I'm partial to the S60 as it seems to fit me better (a little larger than the S40 but not as large as the S80). Drove an XC 90 once and would definitely look at the V8 version were I replacing my Tahoe. Dream car for me is a rec C70 convertible (slobber, slobber, drool, drool). Not many automakers still make wagons, but of those that do I think the Volvo wagons are the best looking of the bunch.
