horn circuit low voltage
have a '87 760 gle turbo..installed new piaa horns because old ones were only buzzing (got this car from in-law last week) found voltage at horn leads at 7.6 vdc when button pushed. repl relay on master fuse panel, chked connector under hood, chked voltage @ wiper arm switch, think reduced voltage is at steering wheel contactors..how do i remove wheel? has airbag.
