1998 Volvo s70 T5 Intake Air Temperature Circuit Low imput, coe PO112 HELP please?!
Volvo doesn't seem to know what causes this or where to begin. I have asked everyone, some say its the MAF sensor, nope I replaced it. Some say my year s70 doesn't even have a sensor that would cause this.. I need help, if anyone can point me in the right direction to solve this problem I'd be so grateful.
I have to get this CEL off, so I can get through emissions.
Someone has to know what causes this and where it is

How did you get that code? From AutoZone or an aftermarket OBDII scanner?
According to the link below some of these aftermkt scanners sometimes read bogus codes. If unsure verify the actual code by having someone with correct equipment scan it.

Let us know what you find.

Aamco did some repairs and they read the code. the othe code they read, secondary air pump, was correct, I swapped the pump out an it worked fine.
Volvo wants 140 just read it. stupid.

Agreed, that's frikking crazy!!
Look for a good indy volvo shop in your area; they should be more reasonable and if they specialize in volvo i would hope they have known good OBDII scanner equipment.
