My Hu-850 stopped working, took car to dealer and was told the radio has a bad board. after 3 weeks of checking aftermarket options I returned to dealer to have the software updated to remove the radio (This is a major volvo racket to have the radio connected to the windows, HVAC, etc.) Anyway, after dropping almost $200 to have this software updated I left the dealer and the radio was working again. It's been a few days now and the radio is intermittent. Has anyone else run into issues with this radio?? This is puzzling that the radio would stop working then work again when some new software is installed.
