Default Improper Timing Belt Installation?

2006 V70 - replaced timing belt at 120,000. After about 20 miles driving on highway I encountered shaking and balky performance that I could feel in both the steering wheel and accelerator. This lasted about 2 minutes and then corrected itself. The next day it did the same thing - both times at around 60MPH. Could this be a problem with the timing belt installation or just very unlucky timing?

I would take it back to the shop to allow them to check it out. Something may have been left loose, like a vacuum line or something.
