Default Timing belt installation problem '00 S70

I had my local mechanic replace the timing belt with a replacement kit from FCP Groton on my wifes 2000 S70 AWD w/90K. However it now appears the timing is advanced and not correct. A code comes up on the scanner P0014 if I'm not mistaken. However, it starts and runs good.

Does anyone know what he might have done wrong and could advise me on what to tell him to get the belt on and aligned correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I would double check the marks and see if it is off by a tooth or so.
