Katzkin Leather Seat Covers
Hi all - I am no longer an S70 driver, so I haven't logged in here in awhile. I have moved to a 2013 Honda Accord. But, I ordered it without leather and soon regretted that. So I searched for aftermarket leather of factory quality and found something I *wish* I knew about when I had my Volvo, whose seats were tattered and dirty.
Katzkin leather seat covers are custom made for each make, model and year of car. They fit and look like factory leather and don't interfere with the seat's onboard air bags. My web research indicated fitting them is a major PITA, so I had them professionally installed at a shop in Cambridge, MA who also helped me order them - online info at Katzkin website a little confusing. Total cost was $1350, front and back, and they look great.
No I don't own stock in Katskin *lol*. But I used this forum for probably 8 years of Volvo ownership, and wanted to pass back a tip to those who love their car but hate what's happened to their factory leather over the years. This is a very solid product at a fair price.
