2006 xc90 4.4. I got a vague code for immobilizer (key ring) light not on. Is the green ring around the key suppose to be illuminated when you start the car?
I don't have any starting issues or any dash messages. It looks like the light is part of the immobilizer.

 

Yeah it's just the bulb is out. Won't cause a problem.
