Default Low electrical buzzing noise '06 XC90

Hello,

When power is off, I hear a very low electrical buzzing noise from behind the
lower section of the climate control/CD player panel.

I noticed the noise after having the AC unit replaced and this noise seems to be constant. ie: after being in my garage all night, the buzzing was still humming away in the morning, before turning the vehicle on.

Any ideas as to the cause of the buzzing are welcome.

Best Regards.

Pull the fuse on the cd player and see if it stops. Make sure you have any security codes or what ever you will need to get it back on. I would start pulling fuses 1 at a time until I find the problem.

the noise is most probably from the passenger temp. sensor which is inside the ccm. usually if there is a ccm code, the ccm will still run for a while even after the engine shut off. the best way to diagnosis is to hook up vida to see if any dtc's first.
