My 1999 V70 has a small white plastic tube connected to the back of the air filter compartment. Above that connection there is a short brass or copper colored metal tube to which, it appears, something should be connected but isn't. Can anyone tell me if something should be connected there and if so what is it and where does the other end connect? See attached photo.
