HELP!!!

I recently bought a 2002, S40. It only had one key when we bought it. I called the dealer and they wanted almost $250 for a new key (91 for the key, ~160 for the software and service visit to do the work). I about choked.

Anyone know where I can get a new key for less? The car did come with two remotes, but the previous owner lost one of the keys i guess.

Dealer is your only option,
no one else has the software to tie the key into your car..
They kind of have you over a barrel!!
