NO recent Service Manuals!
Hi there: I just got a 2007 V70 new from the dealer.
Being an engineer I like to get the tech and service manuals for my cars to learn about the technology and be able to do basic maintenance.
SURPRISE!
The dealer says that since 2001, ALL service doc is on the Volvo dealer computers and there are NO printed manuals! And Haynes, Chilton, books4cars, etc. do not have!
Any ideas or comments welcome!
Cheers,
Jon

And many people seem to get them on eBay or other on-line sources. I myself am considering of getting one for XC90. I don't have the actual vehicle(
) but seems like it's a good learning material for self-improvement.

I just ordered from the vadis guy in UK, I will report how it works out. Seems the 4 DVDs are circa 2005, but that most models have not changed much since that time.
Best,
Jon
