Question Oil on the hot side of the turbo..

Hi, I just installed the 5th S/Plug,When I notice oil inside the tube coming off the turbo> H/Side.
I know this is bad,but how bad is it?
I'm thinking that the seal in the turbo is gone. So what's the deal?
93k miles
Set of NGK IR plugs..
Is this a known fact for volvos?
Thanks for your help!

The hoses will always have a little bit of oil in them. That's why volvo made a drain hole in the intercooler.
