Default Try to remove a bolt to repair Power Steering Flat Plate

Can someone please tell me how to remove the bolts to replace my old flat plate with a new one? I've sprayed WD40 on it and I still can't remove the old bolts. I've gotten one off but the last two is very hard to come off. I've let it sit overnite with the WD40 but still bolts want unscrew. Is there another lubricate I can use to make this easier. HELP!!!!!!!

Which bolts are left?
They should loosen right up.

Can't give you a Volvo specific answer; but the best chemical spray I have found for loosening stubborn bolts is a product called PB Blaster. Most auto parts stores will have it.

I use that stuff on everything. Its great stuff. You should not have to wait long for it to work. You might just need more leverage.
