Default Problems replacing bearings on B5254T

Im trying to rebuild an B5254T white block engine. Now I have come so far as to put the new conrod bearings in place. The problem is that when I torque down either of pistons 1,2 or 4 the engine becomes very difficult to turn over by hand and even with a wrench. I do not have the same problem with 3 and 5 together The pistons have been taken apart but I have kept all the original parts together for each piston during the rebuild. The only thing that I could have missed is if there is a certain way the conrod goes in to the piston. The bearings are standard 50mm and I have also measured the cranshaft.
