Would there be any functional issue with removing the metal bumper reinforcment under the plastic rear bumper of my 2011 Volvo S40 T5? I'm mostly concerned with the airbags going off from the highly electronically based car reading the bumper reinforcment removal as a collision. Thank you for any input in advance!
