Hi - I have a 2020 XC90 and replaced my rear wiper blade with an OEM part but only a portion of the blade touches the window. Any thoughts on why this might be happening? Is there a way to tighten the spring?

 

that was a common issue with older Volvos where the white metal in the arm would fatigue. First check to make sure the retaining nut is tight and that the rod angle appears to be correct (ie the motor is secured in its proper position. If the nut is tight and the rod looks correct, you can try bending the arm but the proper fix is to replace the arm. On my cars, the spring is not adjustable - but pull the arm back and check just in case...
