Hello. I posted about REP several weeks ago. Thanks for your responses. Thought I had it partly figured out. For two weeks REP happened only during or after rain. If I lifted the hood and waited an hour the car ran normally. But...yesterday, REP happened in full sun. Turned engine off. Waited 10 minutes. Restart _runn>ng normal again.

I was getting snows off. Mechanic said the Catholic converter was too hot and likely faulty. So the questions are:

* can a faulty converter cause REP?

*. Best/least expensive solution to faulty converter?

*. Clean/repair?

* used?

* aftermarket recommendations?
