Removing couplings from fuel pump 95 [850]
hello,
does anyone have a method of removing the "quick release" couplings at the fuel pump on a 1995 850 turbo (2.3l).
i have hunted the internet for the volvo tool [999 5533]. It is the same tool used to remove the fuel inj. Couplings [i think]. Any ideas would be welcomed, as i don't want to ruin the coupling. A fifteen minute job of replacing the pump motor has turned into a week of searching, and phone calls to dealers, who were not very helpful!
thanks for any advise or methods!

RE: changing Fuel pump procedure
Hi. I too need to change my fuel pump to diagnose a starting problem.
From what I've read on Brickboard - you can make due with a flatblade screwdriver and gently pry the lines off. Or you could try an interior panel trim remover - V-shaped end is bent 30 degrees.
Let me know how it goes.
